Meet Jillian Douglas

Jillian leads Game On HR with 21 years of full-spectrum HR experience and an extensive background in managing various client needs in the small and medium-sized HR industry, including in the manufacturing, logistics, capital investment, and professional service fields. Her practical operational HR style is focused on people and profits aligned.

A born leader and champion of figuring things out on the fly, Jillian jump-started her career by directly entering the workforce and managing people and money. She gained priceless years of on-the-job experience that led her to join CPHR BC in 2018.

The support of like-minded HR professionals inspired her to continue a path of lifelong learning and pursue her CPHR designation.  Successfully passing the national exam (NKE) in 2019, she currently holds the title of CPHR Candidate.

Working to live is Jillian’s philosophy and work-life balance is the key to her success. HR strategist by day and DJ Jilly Wonka by night. Lover of people and all things entertainment, Jilly has hosted party-bus pub crawls, burlesque shows, karaoke, and pub trivia.

Obsessed with music, she is passionate about spinning good-time tunes at the shows she hosts. She lives an abundant life seeking out energetic events including live music, sports, theatre, classic car meets and most importantly adventuring around the ‘604’ with her curious kids.
